Verified seed dataset — three statutory IG offices

Three real offices, including two genuine cross-administration removal-notification controversies: the Department of Defense (2025 mass removal, later followed by Senate confirmation of a new IG), the Department of State (two separate removal events, 2020 and 2025), and the AmeriCorps Office of Inspector General (a 2009 removal controversy under a different administration, included for cross-party symmetry). This is a demonstration dataset, not a comprehensive or continuously updated tracker.
